I ordered two silver rings, one came in the right size and the other was completely off. I reached out to support, they took a while to reply and I’m still waiting to see how they’re going to fix it.

I got this ring because it looked nice enough in the pictures, and the look was fine when it came. But after wearing it for like one day, my finger started getting itchy and kind of green, which was not a fun surprise thing.
I checked the listing again and it didn’t really explain much about the material or nickel testing, so that made me nervous. Customer service did reply, but the answer was vague-ish. If your skin reacts easy, I’d probably be careful. It’s not terrible, just not one I would buy again.

I had to follow up with them twice just to get my return moving, and the exchange took longer than I expected too. The updates weren’t very clear, so I was kind of left guessing what was going on. It wasn’t a total disaster, but definitely frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue with their returns?

The site was frustrating to use. Pages took forever to load, and by the time I got to checkout, everything felt more confusing than it needed to be. It also gave me a bit of a bait and switch feeling, like the process seemed simple at first but got more annoying once I was actually trying to order. I almost gave up before finishing.

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed with this ring. I ordered my usual size from mysticmetalsretail.com, but when it arrived, it was way too tight.
I even checked a few of my other rings just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it, and they all fit like normal. The size chart didn’t really help either, because the ring felt smaller than what was listed.

It’s frustrating when you’re ordering online and the sizing isn’t accurate. I’m not happy with it, and I wouldn’t order again unless they update or fix their sizing info.

My order from Mystic Metals Body Jewelry did show up on time, so I’ll give them that. But the packaging was underwhelming. The box felt a little thin to me, and the corners were dented when it arrived. Maybe I’m being a bit picky, but it didn’t exactly make a great first impression.
The item itself was still usable, thankfully, but I kept thinking it should’ve been protected better during shipping. For what I paid, I guess I expected a sturdier box or more padding. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just disappointing enough that I noticed.

To be fair, the designs weren’t bad, but I was hoping for a lot more variety. A lot of the styles felt similar to me, so nothing really stood out or felt like the right fit. I think it would be better if there were more distinct choices, because as it is, I left feeling a bit disappointed.
